First post

Greetings.

This is a blog site dedicated to updates on an upcoming machinima, The Unseen. I will be focusing on the audio a lot, not as much on the visuals. At the moment I only have one confirmed body actor, I'm in need of voice/body actors, preferably mature people. I have a basic concept;

A scout squad heads for a building, (what building/why?) driving in an APC down an abandoned freeway in the evening. They inside to look around. The scout squad somehow gets locked inside due to an invisible force/improbable accident and try to find another exit so they split up. The place is haunted by something (unsure of what, probably a ghost) that slowly picks them off one by one. There will be a total of 4-6 of them, all wearing hazmat suits due to a virus that escaped a lab and started an epidemic that killed everyone in the city. All of them are killed inside the building. (Then possibly some footage of rescue teams going inside, possibly a sequel?)

I will add to this short text, edit, un-edit, re-edit and whatnot as the script develops.

Scout squad: All wearing orange hazmat suits (I have a model with the aperture science logo on the back, planning on removing the logo.) and hold futuristic sub-machine guns. They come in the district 9 APC (possibly edited).

Character sheet:
Leader: The leader of the scout squad, he'll preferably have a deep, strong voice as all commanders have. (American accent?) -- Part unavailable
Scout #1: The techie. Handles equipment and is good with electronics. Has a professor-like, (if not 'nerdy') voice. Has an egotistic personality.
Scout #2: The 'trash'. Comes from a low-class family in the uk, has one of those heavy, trashy English accents. Very un-caring.
Scout #3: The recruit. He's very unprofessional, has a very teenage voice and tends to act before he thinks.
Scout #4: After they split up he takes over the role of leadership in his group. He's a bit insecure but knows what he's doing. Sort of. Any accent.

Possible characters:

Scout #5: The chick. A strong, professional woman with a sensitive side she hides, possibly gets out alive. Any accent.

Please, if you have any suggestions please post them below.

Cheers, BioTech.
